Mechanical locking devices (such as split washers, nylon nuts, flat washers) were invented to solve the common problem of loosening that happens in most threaded assemblies. In practice, the screw connection cannot be maintained under load, as assemblies “locked” with these devices often loosen under vibration, thermal expansion and/or improper torque.
The blue, universally applicable one-component threadlock guarantees a medium-strength connection that can be dismantled with hand tools. It hardens in the absence of air on all metals and alloys. Light soiling from oils and anti-corrosion agents is harmless. Breakaway torque on M10 steel: 26 Nm
Application:
- For best results, clean all Surfaces(external and internal)
- Shake the product thoroughly before use.
- To prevent the product from clogging in nozzle, do not allow the tip to touch metal surfaces during application.
- Apply several drops of the product on to the bolt at the nut engagement area.
- Assemble and tighten as required.
